With hundreds of caws, buffalos, goats, sheep, horses, and fertile lands, Gangu Ramola was a wealthy landowner. Maina is the wife of Gangu Ramola, who never had children. However, Gangu Ramola was incredibly haughty and hated to show respect to visitors or other individuals. In contrast to Gangu, his wife was very gentle, devout, and helpful.Lord Krishna arrived at Gangu’s home one night as a sage when he was 100 years old and his wife was 80 years old. Even after being strongly persuaded by Maina, Gangu Ramola refused to give the sage shelter when he sought for it. The Sage left his home in a rage.

Gangu and his wife Maina were shocked when they saw in the morning that all of their household animals had turned to stone. Gangu and Maina quickly realised that the sage’s curse was to blame for what had happened.

Gangu Ramola went to search the sage that he can beg pardon from the sage. In the way a Brahmin (lord Krishna) met him and told him that he should build temples in Seem region. Gangu build six temples there in Seem but every temple became invisible. Gangu and Maina became sad; there was an akshvani that these temples would be worshipped in the name of Gupt Seem. The Akashvani informed that the lord should be worshipped by milk and flowers. Gangu and Maina worshipped at temple as per instruction of Akashvani. Lord Krishna became visible to Gangu Ramola and his wife. Gangu became fifteen years old and Maina became twelve years old young girl. All his animals became visible. Later on they got two sons Sidhwa and Bidhwa.
